The challenge
Deliverable compliance checks were done by hand, part by part. Slow and error-prone, they delayed deliveries and gave no visibility on overall performance.
The approach
- 1Formalised the control rules with engineering teams.
- 2Built automatic verification tools in VBA and Python.
- 3Implemented OTD (on-time delivery) and FTR (first-time right) KPIs.
- 4Power BI dashboards to track each product line.
